Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the use of starscoot.com and the purchase of products sold by StarEra S.r.l., based in Turin, Italy. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and fully accept these terms.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
SHIPPING
We ship throughout Italy and to some EU countries. Delivery times are indicative and may vary.
The risk of loss passes to the customer at the time of delivery.
RETURNS
You have the right to return any product within 14 days of delivery, in original and unused condition,
in accordance with Italian consumer law (D.Lgs. 206/2005).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.
WARRANTY
All products are covered by a minimum legal warranty of 2 years under European consumer law.
Specific warranty terms may also apply by brand.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Turin.
